Loading... Please wait...We take your print-ready artwork, and turn it into photo quality large format prints. The material is a glossy 13oz vinyl suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. We provide free brass grommets (metal rings) along the top and bottom of each banner for hanging them up. We offer reinforcement options with banner tape to hold up to windy outdoor conditions. Hemming is not offered at this time.
We produce prints ranging from 3 feet by 2 feet all the way up to 25 feet by 4 feet. Our quality standards are extremely high, and we aim for you to never receive a banner with significant defects in the print.
If there is a significant defect in your banner, and it was primarily or solely our fault, your replacement banner won't cost you a thing once you return the defective one. (some limitations may apply)
Even if the defect is not ultimately covered, your replacement banner is sold at a 25% discount to you.
If you or your customer find your banner to be unacceptable for any reason, we will re-print and ship replacements promptly. We want you and your customer to be happy with the results, and will work with you to resolve the situation. You will pay for the replacement banner up front, and be refunded if you return the defective banner within 14 days and the defect meets our conditions of a significant defect caused by our error.
How a banner is hung, where it is hung, and what time of year it is hung can make a difference on how a banner holds up. A banner hung outdoors in the winter will do better if it is up against a building or fence than a banner hung in a field with very little support.
The use of bungee cords is always better than rope or twine. Bungee cords offer some give and they help reduce the stress the wind can produce. The use of all available grommets is better than only using the ones on the end. By using all of the grommets, the stress is more evenly distributed on the banner.
When the wind turns a banner into a sail, some customers ask about wind slits. When asked, we will put wind slits on a banner, spacing one every four feet. This is a free service, but generally do not advise their use. Experts caution that wind slits only ease the stress on a banner by 2%, at the same time weakening the strength of the vinyl.
Instead, we offer two kinds of banner reinforcement:
Basic Reinforcement: We attach vinyl squares between each grommet and the banner. This provides an extra layer of vinyl at all of the stress points on the banner.
Power Edge Reinforcement: We add vinyl tape along all of the banner's edges, and fold the edge of the banner over onto itself. Grommets go through both the tape and the two layers of vinyl.
Both kinds of reinforcement are available during the ordering process.
